Sora is a high-speed shooting game in which the player clears stages from one to the next. The object of each stage is to take out waves of enemies while avoiding their attacks and toultimately defeat the boss at the end of each one. |

・Weapons・ | |||
Using weapons is the basic method in which the player takes down enemy robots and reploids. In addition, the number of weapons in Sora’s arsenal will also increase as certain in-game requirements are fulfilled. ※During the game, a total of 3 weapons can be equipped at any given time. These are the main, sub, and special weapons, although some weapons can be equipped in more than one slot. Careful selection of each is critical to success in each stage. |

・Hyper Attacks・ | |||
Each weapon has a corresponding hyper attack that can be used to decimate enemies. To unleash a hyper attack, 1 hyper gauge stock from the hyper gauge is required. The hyper gauge itself can be charged by both damaging and destroying enemies or by funneling enemy attacks through the rings emitted behind the player when the dash skill is employed. Furthermore, whenever a hyper attack is unleashed, a protective barrier is generated around the player to deflect all oncoming attacks. |

・Cancel・ | |||
After firing a weapon, the recoil motion often leaves the player open to enemy attacks. To combat this, there are two methods that may be employed: The first is the dash. This allows the player to cancel out of almost any recoil motion from a weapon. However, doing so causes the heat gauge to rise. The second is to fire an alternate weapon. However, firing weapons of the same class also causes the heat gauge to rise. |

・Dash・ | |||
Characteristic to Sora alone in the shooting game genre is the dash skill. This special ability allows the player to pass through beam attacks unharmed as well as charge the hyper gauge by funneling enemy attacks through the rings emitted while in use. Using the dash, however, causes the heat gauge to rise exponentially. ※About the heat gauge This rises when the dash or cancel functions are employed. If the player, while having an increased heat gauge, is hit by an attack, they will suffer significant damage. |

・Barriers・ | |||
When hyper attacks or certain weapons are used, as well as when damage is taken, barriers of different duration and color are generated – each of which render oncoming attacks ineffective. The barrier generated when a hyper attack is unleashed also has a much longer duration in comparison to the other types of barriers, so it is extremely useful for avoiding damage in dire predicaments. |

Mastering all of these gameplay elements makes for a very spectacular and
enjoyable experience. Additionally, after completing each stage, the player is given the option to save a replay file to view their previous playthrough at a later time. |
